NO MORE FEARS!

Many Christians are more familiar with Satan's plan for their lives than God's. Just pay attention to our prayers and Prayer topics. More than half of our prayer time is spent binding the devil. We are familiar with the presence of the devil than God.

The word of God is our scepter of authority. By it we keep the enemy in his place. People are always binding the devil .. A friend confessed to me that It got to a time he got so scared cos he 

 thought the devil was after him lol.........

I believe the devil knows very well our position in this world and in the Lord. He knows we have much power and authority in the name of Jesus. So in order to sweep us off our position, he puts the spirit of fear in us. When he's able to establish what he has planted, then he manipulates it in such a way that we turn to believe in the negative things that we would encounter rather than the refreshing sense of peace and belonging from Jehovah-our heavenly Father. 

Why spend so much time and energy on an enemy who has been defeated. Let's learn to live in victory being fully aware that the enemy has been vanquished.  

Charlie you lift up a prayer of adoration and worshiping God for over 30minutes and the reaction you get from church folks? - silence. 

We must focus on the greatness of God. Just curse someone  and watch their reaction-aggression and extreme fear.  But when you say God bless you, it sounds like a slogan - like yeah, yeah (rolling eyes and pouted lips)

Another friend says his secret to victory is found in John 1:5. The light shines in darkness and the darkness comprehends it not.

The word is light. The more it dwells in us,  the darkness simply bows. Never met darkness which refused to give way to light.  There are many kinds of prayers for different circumstances and different seasons.

There are public prayers and private prayers. And I believe prayer is a two-way thing. 1, God and 2,against the devil. But in a situation where by we give priority to binding the devil and less attention to praising, worshiping and thanking God just explains that we share in the belief that our problems are bigger than our God.  

Believer let us put on the whole amour of God and be alert of the devices of the enemy whilst we focus on God and make Him PRIORITY in our lives!
